  • Step into a cozy piece of history with our charming 1940s cabin, thoughtfully decorated with modern comforts while preserving its original character. *No AC as it stays cool at night and only 1 bathroom on the main level. Professionally decorated to reflect the era, this unique getaway offers a peaceful mountain escape. If you can’t walk up and down steps, this rental is not for you. 7 steps up to the entry door. Steep steps down into the basement. 1 full king bedroom and bathroom is on the first floor. Laundry room and two bedrooms in the basement. Located on scenic Perry Park Road, known for its breathtaking views—popular with motorcycle and convertible enthusiasts from around the world! Motorcycle(s) trailers and horse trailers welcomed. We are not in a neighborhood! Located on our 107 acres next to Palmer Lake- Darling little hallmark town! Events are allowed with a separate contract signed and an event fee! Otherwise, no other people allowed beyond our max occupancy!
