This property is perfectly situated for hiking, shopping, and many great restaurants. The property was clean, and the property manager was in contact with us throughout our stay.
The house was clean, the bed was comfy and the town was adorable! We loved our stay and if we come back to Manitou Springs, we will definitely stay again!
The cottage is conviently located to downtown Manitou Springs- walking distance to many shops and restaurants and only a short drive to many major attractions. The house met all of our needs. We would gladly stay here again!

Great Little House
Comfortable, clean and quaint house with the river running in back and an easy walk to all of the main parts of Manitou. We would stay again for sure.
This was a super cute home in the perfect location! We were within driving distance of several attractions and within walking distance of shopping and dining. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed! Some other renters had a hard time with parking- we didn’t have any problems tho! Loved our stay!
Great for a couple. Loved the location, located on one end of the long Manitou Avenue street full of small town restaurants and gift shops. To be sure, it is an old house; but if you are fine with that, then this gives you all that you need. We would stay here again.
Perfect cottage for my sister and myself to enjoy the nearby sights, hiking, shopping, and dining of Manitou Springs, as well as make the trip to Golden to catch a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Especially enjoyed the back patio area in the evenings, and close proximity to the Incline.
I’ve stayed on this property a few times and love everything about this home. It’s right in town, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and hiking. The hosts are wonderful, communicative and easy to get in touch with if needed. 100% would recommend.
Perfect house for the two of us. So close to so many great nature locations. And great to be able to walk downtown with ease. The only small issue was the fireplace didn’t work. We would stay there again in heartbeat !
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The charming house sits in the middle of prime location for shopping, dining and sightseeing in the beautiful town of Manitou Springs. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was clean and were impressed with all the essentials that were available throughout the house. The owner reached out by text just to ensure we had no concerns or needs. It was perfect.
I had a wonderful stay here. The house itself is great - cozy but not cramped and perfect for my solo trip. The backyard is wonderful and right on the creek so nice and serene.
Location is nice, too - five minute walk to great coffee in the morning, but not in the middle of the crowds when things got going in the afternoon.
The owners were also super responsive and helpful - when I texted with a question about the TVs, they responded instantly and got me sorted in no time.
Great stay and I look forward to the next one.

Peaceful
Overall our stay was good. The property inside was very clean. The couch was not very comfortable and the cushions slide out a lot. While it was a sofa bed the bed was not comfortable. The actual bed was ok but very squeaky. The backyard and the place I was looking forward to the most was just ok. The patio furniture was not comfortable for extended sitting and all the outdoor cushions were pretty dirty. I know it is hard to keep up with all the trees around, but I felt it could have been swept up at least. The worst part was the cooler left in the back full of very gross water and alcohol. It was very nice to be able to sit right by the creek though!!! The area is very quiet and it is nice to be able to walk right into town. The WORST part was not knowing that when the assigned lot fills out you are out of luck. We were out all day Saturday and came home to nowhere to park. After circling for 20 minutes we finally found paid parking. The fact that I had to pay 20.00 to park until the lot opened up not good. At least let people know in the welcome info to expect this. It was very stressful and ruined our evening plans.
This was the perfect short walk to downtown Manitou while just outside the shopping so still a quiet and tranquil stay. Everything we needed was provided and we all enjoyed the vacation a lot.
Cute little cabin, good walk up appeal. Easy entree, instructions very clear. walking easy to eateries and shopping. Easy drive to Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods!
We absolutely loved our stay at the little house by the creek in Manitou Springs. The house was absolutely perfect for everything we needed, especially the location both to downtown and Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. We were able to park and walk most of the week without having to take our vehicle anywhere. Loved the creekside patio really appreciate your hospitality. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.
Really enjoyed our stay in the little blue house. Will make a point of coming back in the summer.
