This is a great location for our trip. We love being right in the heart of Manitou Springs, rasy to walk to the shops and restaurants. This home was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again.
The home was very clean and spacious! The beds were comfortable and we loved the location! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the lay out of the rooms was strange. The room with the double bed is located inside the master bedroom so you have to walk through the master to get to it. Also, the shop downstairs played loud music all day that you could hear in the home upstairs.
The location and the interior space of the condo was great! My husband and I were able to leave the car parked and walk to many sights(including cog train to Pike’s Peak.
Wonderful property with great access to many Colorado Springs attractions. So many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly town. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy our time with great friends.
Condo had an unusual layout, but it worked well for us. Great location to all the shops and restaurants. Internet speed was poor which was very frustrating.

Manitou Springs Condo
The condo is in the heart of Manitou Springs, so it is convenient to all the shops. We were unnecessarily worried about parking, because there was enough room for our large vehicle. Condo is well kept. Enjoyed being next to the creek.

Great Location
Wonderful time away. This condo is in a perfect location to walk to all the restaurants and attractions of Manitou Springs. It's also steps away from the penny arcade which has all the old school games. So fun! We also walked to the Cog train railway station for Pike's Peak. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It also comes with parking which is huge savings. I would recommend staying here while visiting Manitou Springs.
I am so glad I booked this home in Manitou Springs! The home itself was lovely - well-stocked, spacious and light-filled, and pretty views. Everything was spotless upon check in, and clear and helpful instructions were provided for accessing the home.
The icing on the cake is the location (directly in town and in the middle of restaurants, shops and entertainment) and the dedicated parking spot. After seeing other people over my week in Manitou Springs desperately searching for parking, I was doubly glad to have booked a place with a dedicated spot.
I'd absolutely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay! The property manager was great working with us on the check-in and we had good communication throughout our stay. The home is right on a brook with peaceful sounds and there are nice views out the windows. It was a spacious and comfortable space for us right in downtown so lots of dining options within walking distance. We also hiked Manitou Incline roundtrip from here. Our only concern was the WiFi was weak and a little spotty. It is also above a bit of an odd shop but once we got inside, the property was very nice.
What a wonderful property! Pictures do not do this place justice! Perfect location smack dab in the center of town! Private parking spot. Across the street your morning coffee! Covered outdoor patio area w/bbq. Wonderful private secured entrance. Seriously was in walking distance for all of Manitou due to location. Very clean.
Great location, clean, and perfect for a family. I rated the “accuracy of listing” as a three though because the “Queen” bed in one of the bedrooms is really a full size bed. However, there was a bonus room/office that we dragged a desk out of and bought an air mattress for our son. We were going to have the twins share the Queen, but they are 6’5” and 6’3” and they did not fit in the full.
While it’s not technically a bedroom, I would put a twin trundle day bed in there and you can sleep a few more. Or at least spread out a little more.
My only other minor comment is that the living had 2 chairs and a love seat, not enough space for everyone (mom/dad and four kids) to hang out comfortably. There is plenty of room for a couch, even a sectional. I say this is a minor issue, because we were hardly in the vrbo with so many great things to do in Manitou Springs, COS, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, etc. I especially loved the spring water sounds as background noise!
We give you extra points for having coffee filters, spices, a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/soap - not having to buy them (which we would have since we flew) was a huge perk.

I gave the property a five star rating based on location, cleanliness, and provided parking. Our only issue was with the very loud alternative music blaring all day from the store below. I would recommend this property but be aware of the noise situation.
Beautifully maintained property, friendly staff! Tracey came by to say hi after we got settled. Very quiet and so nice to walk around with a cup of coffee in the mornings. Jack, the "ranch manager" (cat) also visited on occasion but never asked to come in. We spent 2 nights here and enjoyed it so much that we were on property much more than planned. Would stay here again!
The location was great and we really appreciated the dedicated parking for the city serves as overflow for customers for Pike's Peak COG. Once parked we were able to walk around Manitou Springs. Only disappointment was that the AC was unable to cool the appartment and when opened the windows we heard the street noise for the property is in the heart of the city.
Cute apartment right in the middle of Manitou Springs. Close to everything! Great place to jump off to all the sites in the great little town. Property was very clean and in great condition.
