The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the check-in process is terrible. There are no actual human beings working on the property. The key pad on our door wasn't working properly and we had to call someone to remotely open our door every time we entered. We have stayed here before and liked it but with this change to zero staffing, AI communication, and difficulty with the remote entry we won't be staying here again. And we come to Manitou Springs at least once a year. Time to hire some humans and give out keys to your customers.

Incredible value; the check-in/check-out process was incredibly easy, and the host is very communicative :)
