We were told our room was flooded when we arrived and they were booked so we were unable to stay our 2 nights at this property. The check in staff worked hard to find us another room for one night which was their sister property Residence Inn close by. We found our own room with a different property for our 2nd night closer to where we'd be traveling out of Colorado Springs the next day. All worked out and we appreciate the staff at this property even though we couldn't stay there.

We had a great stay at Fairfield Suites. We arrived very late after our flights were delayed, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made a stressful travel day much easier. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to start the day. The only downside was that the pool is quite small, but the entire property was clean and well kept. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were not ready until well after check-in. Was finally able to get connecting rooms though. Grateful for that piece do parents was worth it. Great experience overall and wouldn’t have stayed elsewhere as we were with a large wedding group. Staff took care of us once we were checked in. Allowed our group to host a number of wedding events on premises just because we were such a big number of their guests. It was very kind of them and they didn’t have to do that.
