We stayed 2 nights because I was getting tattooed at a convention, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and had a microwave and fridge so for the price, I'd highly recommend this place! It's less than 2 blocks from stores and eating places, it was quiet and the pool was open. Will be staying here again!

Obviously a beautiful scenic area. restaurant options are very close. I was greeted right away at check in. Everything was clean and tidy. Everything in the room functioned properly including the a/c and hot water. Its a charming little spot. I would absolutely book again.

Looks like the place had been recently renovated and they did a great job. Very clean and comfortable. No coffee in the room but they do have coffee in the check-in area but I had to leave before before the office opened.

This is a basic motel probably privately owned in contrast to the large chain motels and hotels. The room I had was smaller than you would find in large motels. But it was clean and provided most room amenities. The bed was comfortable. And the room amenities worked. A gift bag of food items was provided upon check in. But there was no provision for breakfast or other things like a pool or exercise equipment.

Good location for food and hiking, updated furniture, microwave and comfy beds, downside was being given a smoking room when we asked for nonsmoking, also the amount of flies in the room and overall the walls/doors needing a good cleaning.

Book it.This is a cute little old-timey motel with comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, helpful friendly staff and ample parking. It is perfect for our no thrills stay. We were in the middle of Old Colorado City with local coffee shops, local food options and fun shopping. I like spending local on good value purchases. This was it! We loved it and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We had a park bench on the balcony right outside our door which allowed us time to take in the great view. The proprieter is very kind and thoughtful. This motel is within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants, and just a short drive from Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Cliff Dwellings. Definitely a good choice if you are in the area.
