Old Colorado City is located near the southern edge of the Rocky Mountains, easily accessible by car as well as by air through both Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport—this is where convenience and beauty unite.

Historic fully renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 full bath house which has comfortable
Central Air Conditioner and Central Heat. The bedrooms have Doctor's Choice Queen Beds and comfortable bedding.

Great Location!! Quiet Peaceful Neighborhood within Blocks of Plenty of Restruarants

What a wonderful place to stay. Centrally located to most of the attractions. The house is very clean and kept up and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Within walking distance to Old Colorado City and many restaurants. If I ever come back to Colorado Springs I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for spending time in the area with your family and friends! We celebrated a Colorado College graduation with family and friends over a rainy weekend! Very beautiful and comfortable! Kitchen is perfect and yards are ready for picnics and bbqs!

Fabulous!

This warm, welcoming and comforting home was everything we needed and more for our 3 day visit to Colorado Springs. It was spacious, clean, with a great kitchen and bathrooms. The house was perfect - excellent location, good kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room. We enjoyed wandering over to Colorado Avenue and it was a short drive to the Garden of the Gods. We felt very safe and the area seems to be a lovely community. Thumbs up!!

Great house in great location

This house is in a very good location to get anywhere. There are great eating places around. The backyard was fantastic. Picnic tables and rockers to have morning coffee or evening wine. House very clean. Beds comfie. Owner phenomenonal - answered questions during stay and communicated well before the trip. House was stocked with necessities. Linens smelled fresh. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great House and Location

Our stay was great! House had everything you needed and was in a great location. Just a short drive to most sight seeing attractions which was very convenient for being able to head back "home" for a quick afternoon nap with our 3 year old! Also, just a short walk to Old Colorado City shopping and restaurants. Walked to Front Range BBQ one evening and it was excellent! Quite neighborhood. great for relaxing in the back yard and or on the front porch. Christina was very easy to work with and I would defiantly recommend as staying!

Great stay for 5 day visit with our CC Student

We rented the house for a visit with our son at CC. House is located very close to campus in Old Colorado City. The neighborhood is full of lots of smaller homes. This one is well maintained outside and in and made for a very comfortable visit. The house is very clean, and the owner has provided just about everything you could want. Full xfinity cable and internet, extra toiletries in each bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen. The visit was so much better than staying in a hotel! We'll definitely be looking to book again on future visits.

Great Time!

We had a fun time and the house is super cute! The downstairs bathroom was hard to flush and the upstairs bathroom worked intermitently. It was aggravating fooling with working toilets on vacation. Also, if you want to sleep upstairs and you are hot natured you will need a fan, there is little air flow. We had a great time though & would stay again!

We had a fabulous time at this rental in Old Colorado City! Communication was great. Christina was so helpful and even gave us ideas for restaurants and places to visit. The house itself was so cute and big enough for 5 large adults. We grilled on the Weber gas grill in the back yard, listened to music and enjoyed the beautiful Colorado evenings. There was a picnic table and chairs in the back. We were so happy to have a large dining room table and large area in the front room where we could all get together to visit. The rental was fully stocked with everything that you would need and more. We didn't have to keep running out to the store to pick up extras. The proximity to town with shopping, restaurants and bars was one of the best things about this rental. Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak are also just a few miles away and a must see when you visit Colorado Springs. Thank you, Christina, for renting us such a wonderful place for our mini family reunion. We hope to be back again sometime soon.

Great historic home in Old ColoCity

It was hard to leave this comfortable home and neighborhood. We spent hours sitting on the front porch enjoying the weather and the occasional deer that wandered by. It was a bonus to walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner supplied everything we needed, as well as recommendations for activities. We enjoyed being close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Olympic Training Center, Glen Eyrie Castle, Royal Gorge. Excellent experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely, well-appointed house. The beds were super comfy and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and to the nearby park for our kiddo to play. Beautifully remodeled home

Although this is an older home it has been totally remodeled and is in terrific shape. It is a very clean home and has many nice touches. Christina was easy to work with and responded quickly when we had a problem with one of the toilets on a Sunday. The beds were very comfortable and having a secure Wi-Fi connection was very helpful. PERFECT HOME IN A PERFECT LOCATION

This home had everything our family needed for our Thanksgiving vacation.We found so many things to do without driving very far and downtown was only a few blocks away. There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Christina was very quick to respond to any request we had. Old Colorado City is a great laid back place to spend a holiday and staying in this house made our time in Colorado even better!

Charming home in quiet neighborhood near quaint historic downtown

Wonderful home and very clean. We were on a girl cousins trip to visit our aunt for her 90th Birthday. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It was convenient to great restaurants and sightseeing. We especially liked the German Restaurant, Edelweiss, Garden of the Gods walking trail, and the beautiful early fall drive to Cripple creek. Highly recommend staying here. We truly enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The house is convenient to I25 which is the easiest way to get around the Springs. Kitchen was well appointed including a Keurig which is a nice touch.
