Our home is a newly built, single-level space designed for comfort and convenience. You'll have full access to the main level, which includes a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, dining area, and three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a second full bath. The property is fully fenced with private, on-site parking accessible via the alley behind East Vermijo. It’s the perfect home base for exploring all that Colorado Springs has to offer!

Guests have full access to the entire main level of the home. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom; the other two share a second full bath. Enjoy the fenced outdoor sitting area and convenient on-site parking. Entry is via the alley behind East Vermijo.

Great time and comfy place

We were in town for a sporting event and had a bunch of athletes competing. The host and property manager were EXTREMELY communicative. The house is basically brand new after renovations. It’s cute and the stay is VERY comfortable with great beds and a nice living room. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and that is always important to us because we all cook a lot of our own food when competing. Would definitely stay again!
