Needed getaway

Perfect snowy and relaxing stay in the mountains. Brutal mountain wind prevented us from trying the outside hot tub but the jacuzzi tub was satisfying enough. Our pups even enjoyed the open space to race around.

Amazing Cabin

The cabin is beautiful and the view off the back deck is amazing. The home, amenities, and location was all above par. I would highly recommend this place. We had an amazing time.

Would definitely return!

The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time outside on the deck! We definitely underestimated how much of game changer the massage chair would be. The locals were also incredibly hospitable, we enjoyed Russ’s Place especially!

Scenic Mt view

We loved the view and the deer my husband and I saw. House was very well furnished and had decent wifi. Also enjoyed some video games and was glad for the fully stocked kitchen.

Highly Recommend

We truly enjoyed the peace and serenity of this cabin. The host was very accommodating to allow us to check in one day early as a massive snowstorm was due the original date of our arrival. The host was super, super quick with communication, and helpful every single time. The property itself has the most surreal view of the mountains from the hot tub, and sitting in there at night while star gazing was a next level experience.

LOVED our time here!!! Highly recommend. Extremely comfortable, well-supplied and clean home, peaceful location, great hot tub, soothing massage chair, nice to have the washer and dryers, welcoming and attentive hosts. We saw deer grazing on the property.

Birthday Getaway

The house was exactly what we needed. The views, the fresh air, and the weather cooperated so nicely. We were beginning to think the wildlife was hibernating until the last day when we had 4 deer come right never to the deck. There was nothing better than sitting in the hot tub, looking up at the stars. If anyone is hesitant about booking here, Just do it! You couldn't be disappointed, even if you tried.

Fantastic views, hot tub, great cabin

We had such a great stay this past weekend! The sunset from the hot tub on the deck was incredible. We were close enough to travel to activities in the area while feeling like we had privacy and seclusion. The cabin had everything we needed regarding amenities and plenty of towels. The coffee station was an awesome offering. :) It was affordable, clean, and the host was a great communicator. 10/10 recommend.

We had such a weekend here. The views are stunning, the deck and hot tub were so relaxing. Owners are super communicative and helpful with all our questions. Super nice cabin in a lovely, secluded spot. Lots of Aspen trees around. :) Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice, we loved our time here!

Weekend getaway

The property is really nice. It’s got all the comforts of home and is in a beautiful place. The deck was very nice to enjoy coffee on every morning. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 of them have really good beds. The bunk beds for the 3rd bedroom are not comfortable at all. But to be fair it’s a kids room. It sure is set up nicely for any one’s kids to have a blast. We will definitely return!

Everything you could want and more!

We were extremely happy with our stay. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our family. Beautifully renovated and in fantastic condition. There was everything we needed for the kids, which we were pleasantly surprised by! Pack and play, toys and more! We loved the spacious deck and enjoyed the hot tub too! Oooo and that massage chair! The kitchen was awesome! We loved how they had spices and other little things that you don’t want to have to buy when you’re on vacation. They even had some condiments in the refrigerator, it was very nice! Not to mention the gorgeous views! During our stay we visited pikes peak, a castle and more! Such a fun area to explore. We hope to return one day. Thank you for the memories!

Great stay!

Only downside for us was it's about a 20 minute drive from Divide. The property was great and clean. Exactly as listed. Was a little worried about lack of central ac in the back room listed on other reviews, but in the middle of June it was absolutely perfect weather and cracking the window did the trick. I even got cold! Very nice bathrooms especially Master. Hot tub has an amazing view and the massage chair was perfect! I recommend!

Family of 5 and a dog

It was just what we were looking for. The house took us away from it all. It was quit with beautiful views, just a real unique experience. You were connected and could enjoy all the electronic conveniences or relax by the fire in a massage chair. The view out of the hot tub would make anyone jealous. Our dog locked us out and the owners were great to work with. Plus we were still a short drive from the awesome things Colorado has to offer. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Get Away

This is a large, lovely home with a great view. It was very secluded and quiet- great for a relaxing stay. The owners were so friendly and helpful when we needed some help with something. The response was immediate! It is pretty far out in the forest, so if you’re planning to check out sites and activities around Pike’s Peak, plan on some driving time. However, the drive is so gorgeous, it goes by really quickly. The town of Divide had everything we needed for a comfortable stay- grocery store, restaurants, gas, and liquor store.

Escape to the high country

The cabin was just what we were looking for -- quiet evenings with enough activities to keep the kids adventuring during the day. We were two families traveling together for 5 days with 3 adults and 3 kids ages 9-11. We visited local trails, the Colorado Wolf & Wildlife Center, Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, Mueller State Park, Garden of the Gods, and Colorado Springs Zoo. The area is rural, and there is lots of winding-road driving. Bring dramamine if you get car sick! At 9,000 feet+, the temperatures were a wonderful respite from the heat of Colorado's West Slope where we live. We enjoyed a visit to McGinty's Irish Pub in Divide. There are only a couple eateries in Divide, and we did a lot of meal prep. The cabin was clean and cozy with enough room for the six of us. We frequented the hot tub and massage chair, and there was plenty of entertainment for the evenings -- from streaming access to DVDs, old-school video games, and even a decent collection of VHS movies! Overall, we had a wonderful visit.
