"Perfect stay. Beautifully designed hotel, superb food at Pamela’s restaurant, above and beyond help from most of the staff - special mention to Kamal on evening reception who went out of his way to help us - and also to the staff member (unfortunately did not get his name) who managed to accommodate us with a last-minute table in the restaurant. The only (minor) complaint was the terrible attitude of the male staff member who checked us in - he was curt, dismissive and unfriendly to the point of actually being rude, clearly the wrong choice for a front desk/client facing role. Other than that minor irritation the stay was wonderful and we very much look forward to returning in future."
