The staff here is very helpful and attentive to your needs. The rooms are always clean as well as the lobby. They attend the desk 24 hours and they always come right out to help you . Very nice play to stay.

The staff was friendly. The room was okay. The only thing I didn't understand was a $100 security deposit. I feel like that is a little steep for the quality of the place. Especially when there's not a single item in that room that would cost over $25 to replace. I stay at hyatts and Hilton's, and their security deposits are $50 at most.

Fight outside my door at 2 am. No hot water. Low water pressure. No breakfast really. 2 toast and 2 bagels but no cream cheese. Juice was good though. You get what you pay for. Was stuck in a snow storm. Also deposit of 100 that I have not gotten back yet 2 days later.

The staff at La Quinta Inn were very helpful and positive, which made check-in a breeze. The property itself could use a little updating, and while the area felt a bit sketchy, I never saw anything concerning. The main issue was being woken up by the cleaning crew pushing their carts back and forth over and over—it was surprisingly loud and made it tough to rest. For a quick overnight stay, it works fine, but for more than one night, I’d hope for quieter mornings.

Our room was clean and great location to Garden of the Gods, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is older and needs visible cosmetic repairs, the pool was out of order and breakfast did not have many choices.
