  • Beautiful house with every room as well as living room area with a tv. There's a hot tub on the back deck that can seat 6 people. Amazing mountain views!!

    ***GAME ROOM IN BASEMENT***

    *Pool table
    *Arcade basketball hoop
    *Ping pong table

    Fort Carson Army base along with the COS airport is right around the corner! The neighborhood is gorgeous but it's also very quiet and secure. Be prepared to relax & enjoy tike with friends and family.

    Lastly we're close to other military bases and colleges!
