About this property

Spacious 4-bedroom ranch-style home 10 min from USAFA with lake & mountain views

  • Our beautiful Monument home is 10 minutes from the AFA north gate entrance. There are two bedrooms on the main level (1 king and 1 queen). Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 bunk + queen fold-out sofa). All four bedrooms have a bathroom. Extra blow up mattresses are available. A/C, deck with grill and seating for 8, large kitchen table with seating for 12 + 3 bar stools at island. Washer/dryer, all sheets, towels and toiletries are provided. Reference available upon request. This home is only available during AFA graduations 2027 and 2028. Six night minimum.
