Still has that “brand new” smell. Staff were great, rooms were spotless, the shower was wonderful, and the soundproofing is incredible. There are no fridges, no microwaves, no trash cans in the bathrooms, the phones don’t work and there are really no room amenities to speak of. If you want a minimalist experience with no frills, then this place is for you.

The morning breakfast was a nice plus and made it easy for our group to eat early and get ready for the day's activities. We were visiting the Springs for USAFA Parents Weekend. It was close to the Northgate, the Interstate, and plenty of popular restaurants. It was a safe area, located, primarily, around office buildings with plenty of walkable paths. I think the price was reasonable and the rooms were spacious. Overall, in my opinion, it was a better option than a rental home. It's a fair priced, reasonable option for hose visiting the Academy. My only complaint is that the hotel gym was a bit tight, the water bottle station was a bit inconsistent, there were no towels, and it was a highly used facility given the types of folks that were visiting. The gym needs some work.

The breakfast was not that great. Our key cards kept getting deactivated but they were quick to fix that issue. The pool did not look clean so the kids did not enjoy that. Other than that the room was nice and spacious for 6 of us. Easy area to get around in.
