Welcome to your home away from home in southwest Colorado Springs. This comfortable multi-level townhome offers 1,076 sq ft of thoughtfully furnished living space, making it an excellent choice for traveling professionals, military families, relocating guests, or anyone looking for a comfortable monthly stay.

Stretch out in the comfortable living room while streaming your favorite shows on the Roku TV, or browse the bookshelf filled with a variety of books for guests to enjoy. If you find one you love, feel free to take it with you as a keepsake from your stay! *Please note that the fireplace is not operational.
The dining area comfortably seats five and flows into the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a drip coffee maker to start your mornings. Just outside the dining room is a private balcony with seating for two, providing a quiet spot to enjoy your coffee or unwind in the fresh Colorado air.
A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main level.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, Roku TV, dresser, spacious walk-in closet, ceiling fan, dehumidifier, hamper, full-length mirror, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower with a filtered shower head!
The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, Roku TV, dresser, ceiling fan, dehumidifier, hamper, and full-length mirror. Just outside the bedroom is a full hallway bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination with a filtered shower head.

Throughout your stay you'll enjoy central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, plenty of fresh towels and extra linens, and access to the home's private washer and dryer. The attached two-car garage provides convenient parking throughout your stay.
