Yellow house: An adorable cottage w / hot tub

Our Yellow House will make you FEEL like you are on vacation. The homes modern interior with its cozy atmosphere will encourage you to relax and put your feet up. Enjoy the hot tub out back for a nightcap or a coffee on the front porch. Conveniently located near Memorial Hospital, a block for the CO School for the Deaf and Blind, and short walk to Downtown, the Olympic Training Center and Memorial Park.

We love this 1900s modernized home with its high ceilings and original fixtures. Do not be fooled into thinking this is your grandmothers house... modern furnishings and comfortable decor makes for a restful home. There is an air conditioner in the living/dining room (for the summer) that sufficiently cools the house. The 7 foot couch could be used as a bed for a 5th guest. Luxuriate in a large clubfoot tub while sipping some bubbly.

Most exciting is your ability to walk two blocks to the Switchback Coffee House with its bike rental. We are also 2 blocks from Shooks Run, a 12 miles bike/running path.

Although COS is a 420 location, we are choosing to be a smoke free home inside and out.

Loved this yellow house!
This house was adorable. We loved everything, but especially the hot tub and cozy front porch. The location was great. We chose to drive places rather than walk, and we were within 5-15 minutes from most of our planned activities. Ilise was always so great at responding to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect retreat in a wonderful location.
The property is in a great neighborhood. I enjoyed my morning walks with coffee. We've had so much snow lately and it was almost 60 and sunny! The hot tub was a nice treat in the evening. I cooked breakfast both mornings and found everything I needed to do that. The bed up front slept very well. The house reminded me of my grandmothers, in a good way! Birds and clocks. I would definitely rent again if I'm in the area.

The property is beautiful, exactly as advertised, and the owners are responsive and accommodating. The hot tub was an added benefit and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs.

Perfect getaway!
I cannot recommend this beautiful house enough! It was all so perfect. Comfortable bed, clean, and welcoming. Ilise was kind and hospitable and is great with communication. The yellow house was perfect!!!!!!! It was the perfect size for our getaway. Hot tub was great. The house is so cute inside with little things everywhere to look at. Beds were comfy we slept great. Overall was such a great stay. Would totally stay here again.

Great Visit to CS
Loved the house, yard and hot tub. Walking to Switchback Coffee to plan the day on their patio was our only daily routine. Hot down in the city, but a short drive up to Mueller State Park (and Paradox Brewery) near Divide is a great way to spend the day.
