"We were in Grand Junction for my son's soccer tournament. It was super convenient for the games! Beyond that, it was very comfortable for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. Parking in the garage was great. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. It all worked very well! I'd recommend this property to anyone visiting the Grand Junction area."

"Nicely furnished- Living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. You have to be comfortable with traversing stairs, as 3 floor townhouse with living area on 2nd floor along with a half bath and 2 very nice ensuite king BR’s on the 3rd level. There is 1 queen bed on street level entry with no bath, closet or luggage rack to get your things off the floor. About 18 stairs to 2nd level which is a lot for a middle of night bathroom run! Kitchen is missing some of the basics like baking sheet, toaster and even a spatula turner so if planning on cooking much, bring your own supplemental utensils or be prepared to go purchase what you need like we did. Overall, we enjoyed our stay- it is located in a very nice quiet area. It was almost perfect for our needs for a short stay. "
