"Overall nice stay and fairly quick walk to town. The owner was very accommodating and allowed a flexible check in and check out time. The sheets/linens and mattresses are fairly used and had stains. The biggest red flag is the property lists 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Theres only 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room said it had a king bed but its only queen. And one of the rooms has a pullout couch, not a bed. Overall, nice stay with great weather and beautiful outdoor space."

"This a great location with ample space for a large family/families. The main floor layout offers a nice kitchen space, large eating table and living area with sectional couch conducive to group time and meals. The kitchen has a good array of appliances, pots, pans, utensils – the waffle iron was a plus. While four of the rooms are in the basement, the house overall offers plenty of beds and up-to-date bathrooms. There are trundle beds in most rooms, making either family or kid rooms very achievable. Ample towels were provided for house and beach; there was a large washer and dryer. Large private back yard included hammocks and two chests with lots of beach chairs and fun beach/yard toys. The outdoor grill was in good shape with plenty of fuel. The house is convenient to town & ferry, with groceries and several bars/restaurants a quick walk or 2-minute drive. Our in-town coordinator was very responsive to requests, with quick access to the owner. The week was extremely hot and an HVAC issue was affected by a backlog of service people and parts on the island - we received great support with additional air conditioners and fans to provide good cooling for all rooms. I highly recommend this rental if you prefer an in-town location able to handle a large group."
