Glacier Falls Condo, A modern condo in historic downtown Columbia Falls, Montana

Our top floor (3rd floor) condo is in a small complex (18 units) situated in the Historic Downtown District of Columbia Falls Montana, also known as Gateway to Glacier. Built in 2018, it has a master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. Second bedroom has a bunkbed with twin on top and double on the bottom. There is a second full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully outfitted kitchen. There is a long eating bar for dining. There is a 50” smart tv in the living area and a 40” smart tv in the master bedroom. There is Netfix Premium and there is high speed internet. There is an outdoor balcony with an electric bbq grill small table and a four chairs. From the balcony there are nice views of the mountains. We have a high chair and pack and play available in the unit. There is one dedicated parking space in the parking lot plus street parking. The building has secure coded access (keypad) security and fire safety systems, elevator and stairs. We believe it is the perfect Home Base for Adventure outings in this region. It is 14 miles to the West Gate of Glacier National Park, and 17 miles to Big Mountain Ski Resort, Whitefish, Mt.

Perfect for a family
The place was perfectly cleaned and comfortable. We walked to dinner and to the grocery store to get snacks and breakfast. The oweners thought of everything to make the place convienent for people going out on adventurea during the day— waters, coffee pods, granola bars all on the counter. They also had items for little kids/babies. Great place to stay!

The best!
We have stayed at probably 20 VRBO’s over the years. This property was the cleanest and most “thought of everything” place in our travels. We had the fortunate chance to meet the owners and they are first-class people. A great part of a stellar Glacier visit.

Perfect Host and place
We loved our stay here. It was the perfect location. The beds were comfy and our hosts left so many goodies and surprises for us. Felt like we were being welcomed by family. Communication was so easy and the recommendations for places to eat were fabulous. Place was very clean and we loved the patio and sat out there every moment we could. Thanks for such a great stay.

Perfect!
Glacier Falls condo was an absolutely perfect home base for our adventures in Glacier National Park and beyond! The apartment is in a great location, steps away from Nucleus Ave and restaurants and groceries. It is well stocked with all the necessary amenities, and more, including thoughtful ones like bear spray and first-aid kit. Andy and Chris were perfect hosts, very responsive, and made us feel welcome with some nice goodies. We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we come to the area!

Great vacation spot
This experience was great! Our family stayed a few nights and found that this was a great location for exploring the western side of Glacier National Park. The condo was very clean and the hosts have thought of everything for providing what we needed for cooking and resting up for another day of exploring. The hosts did a great job of communicating access as well as providing importing information in a notebook there.
