The MAIN FLOOR offers:
-a LIVING ROOM with smart 75" TV w/Youtube TV, ESPN, Hulu, Netflix, and Disney Plus+, fireplace comfy couches, and plenty of seating.
-A spacious DINING ROOM with crystal chandelier, seating for 8.
-An updated KITCHEN with gas cooktop, floor to ceiling cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, drawer microwave, drip coffee pot, and coffee essentials, as well as all cooking essentials, toaster, and double ovens, island bar seating for 3!
-Open concept 2nd living room to kitchen with smart 65" TV with YouTubeTV.
-Half bath on main floor

UPSTAIRS on 3rd level you will find 2 additional bedrooms and 1 shared hall bathroom located between both bedrooms.

Please note that the 12th guest is counted in sleeping 2 in the full bed, using an air mattress, or couch, or an infant in a pacnplay. 11 adults could comfortably sleep in the home and the 12th is there for kids. Please inquire for guest capacity past 12 as we are limited on parking in the downtown area.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, Free washer/dryer in laundry room w/starter laundry pods, Smart Lock keyless entry (front), central heating & A/C, hair dryers, soaps, cleaning supplies, starter paper products, linens/towels/Fully Fenced in yard.
SECURITY: 5 external security cameras are located on the property (facing front door & back door/yard/porch entrances to monitor parking and the home's grounds). There are no security cameras inside or upstairs on the upper deck. Unique smartlock keyless entry code for each guest.
PET FRIENDLY: $75 Pet fee (paid pre-trip, max 3 approved pets less than 100lbs), fully fenced yard.
SUITABILITY: Steps required to access front and back entry, single story
PARKING: There are 2 FREE parking spaces. 1 parking space is located directly in front of the home in the brick driveway. The other is located behind the home in the driveway/carport. You may be able to pull 1 car all the way up and fit the 3rd car behind it, but depends on size of the vehicles. We do not offer street parking. It is permit only and YOU WILL GET TOWED. We are working on getting some additional guest city street parking passes for the street permit parking, but it is NOT free street parking for additional cars. Please be mindful of this. You may be able to find some free public parking a little further away from the house in 5pts.

You should have everything you need, but please let us know if you do not and we will do all we can to assist you. This property is professionally managed and the host is always available and lives nearby to the home.

We are walking distance to some Restaurants/Bars in 5 Points. Just 2-5 minutes! The stairs to access 5 points is located across the street from our home. It is also walking distance to USC campus which is absolutely beautiful. 3 minutes to Capstone on Barnwell Street which leads over to the Horseshoe and Russell House. This is a quiet residential area. We do not tolerate loud noises/parties of any kind. Inquire about bridal events.
