Recently Renovated duplex style home.. All new kitchen cabinets and appliances, fresh paint etc.. This cottage is great for those that need to be near Prisma Health Richland, USC, or anything downtown Columbia.  2 Queen beds.. Tvs in the bedrooms and living room. Fenced in yard. Pet friendly on a case by case basis. Lovely Earlewood neighborhood where many older homes have been restored to their former beauty and have large oak trees and sidewalks.
