They are renovating the hotel and moved the front desk to a hallway and our room was accross from the front desk and it was very mid.

Property is undergoing renovation so “front desk” is a small table set up at a side entrance. Room was super clean and bed was comfortable. A good bit of traffic noise from main road. The exercise facility, if you’re so inclined, is available at a neighboring property down the road. Breakfast was included and decent. Area very walkable and safe.

I was very upset as it was advertised by Expedia that there was a gym, laundry, and a pool. Both gym and pool were closed and laundry service was send out for a fee. Very dissatisfied and was told by the hotel don’t book through Expedia and I will not be doing that again. They said it was expedias fault they falsely advertised. I would love for someone to reach out and rectify the problem I had.

Cynthia, Thank you for taking the time to detail your experience with us. We regret that it was not a better one. While we do have a gym, it is currently being renovated as is temporarily closed. A neighboring property has allowed our guests to use their fitness center in the interim. While we do not have on-site laundry, we do use a same-day laundry vendor, with no upcharge to our guests. We can understand your disappointment with having no pool, and have verified that our pool amenity is no longer listed. Instead, we will offer a shaded patio with a fire feature. We will reach out to you directly to discuss your experience in further detail.

Breakfast had many choices and all were tasty. Area around hotel had numerous dining choices. Hotel is under construction thus halls and entry way were chaotic. Paid parking is ridiculous based on construction and availability of parking in the immediate area.

While we are currently renovating our main lobby and exterior features, we are continuously analyzing how we can minimize its impact on our guests. We do offer parking to our hotel guests only, and would be challenged to enforce this if it were free. We certainly appreciate your feedback, and regret that your experience was not a better one.

The entire hotel rooms were all updated but the shower head were never updated. Barely any water coming out of them and barely any pressure. Please update the shower heads

Room was not ready at 3PM check-in time. We were forced to sit in the dining room, next to the kitchen that was undergoing LOUD renovations. We had to change in the public restrooms for our 4PM departure for a dinner event. We will NOT use a Hampton Inn again.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location with many dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. The front desk staff was outstanding (kudos to Marta!) and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed from check-in to check-out. Our only hiccup was that the water pressure in the shower was very low and came out almost as a soft sprinkle instead of a spray (despite turning the showerhead to different options), and the overhead nozzle didn't operate - only the hand-held wand worked (which was probably because it was an accessible-type room, the only type room available when we reserved). Marta did offer to have maintenance come by and check it out but we declined - I believe not much if anything can be done about the water pressure in that one specific room. Overall, an excellent stay and we'd definitely stay there again.

My stay was very short, but it was still a good experience! The only flaw I could see was that the vending and ice machine on the third floor. (Where I was staying) were both out of order. Not a huge deal. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved remote check in and out, and using the app to open the door. The breakfast was excellent with great strong coffee, lots of food options, and a very nice lounge. Staff were very helpful. Great facilities. Perfect location with tons of everything within walking distance. Great WiFi. Unfortunately, there were issues: 1) The room had a strong sweet smell and the floor and furniture were sticky. The front desk was very helpful in resolving. 2) The first time the room was serviced the beds were made, but towels left on the bathroom floor were left there, and no fresh towels given. 3) During the day and up to 10 PM there were construction noises in the floor above us, frequent knocking and drilling sounds that drowned out the TV and interfered with enjoyment of the room. 4) Lame TV with just up and down live commercial channels, and nothing interactive. However, I would stay here again. I hope they add more features to the app like whether the room has been serviced yet, and schedule service for when you're out.

Front desk staff was very nice. The cable for the TV's in the room is a joke. No SEC network, no ESPN, but 5 PAC 12 CHANNELS !!! Heart condition did not allow me to go to the South Carolina/Kentucky football game but could also not watch it in the room five miles from the stadium. Also shower system is ridiculous.
