Stay here from time to time when visiting my USC student. Convenient location, on site parking, love having a drink downstairs at the bar and breakfast is good. Rooms are nice and clean. Outside traffic noise can be loud, but it’s the city. We always travel with a fan to drown out noise.

The valet staff were great, the location was great in the heart of everything but our room was very dirty upon arrival. We had staff enter our room FOUR times during our stay, once was housekeeping first thing in the morning, frustrating but okay. The rest of the times were by staff who did not announce themselves nor did we request anything. When we tried to bring it up to the front desk they shrugged it off and denied it? Very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.

6/10 Okay

The hotel location and convenience of parking was excellent. The room, however, was not clean. A pair of socks were left on the floor and there was what appeared to be lotion dripped on the carpet. There were several things that were clearly not wiped down/cleaned, to include a lamp which had a sticky food residue on it. The fitted sheet for the pull out mattress was ripped, and the metal wall cover for the AC unit was not secured, causing it to fall off. There were 2 elevators, one of which was not working during our stay, which caused lots of extended waiting as we had a handicapped/wheelchair bound family member with us so we could not take the stairs.
