We stayed here for a graduation for my brother from BCT. It was very close (7 min) from gate 4 and staff was very nice and attentive. Hotel was overall really nice and clean.

We arrived at 1:30in the morning due to our late flight upon arrival there was a man sitting on the floor inside the entrance while we were getting our key to our room he started yelling like a crazy man and saying vulgar things, he scared and woke my little child that was sleeping in my arms. When we got in our room there was trash in all the trash cans and one of the beds looked like they didn’t even change the sheets. Honesty don’t even think they cleaned the room beforehand. At 4 in the morning it lots of noise like someone banging on a wall not sure what it was. Overall bad experience.

The room was nice but it wasn’t clean hair weave was everywhere! Toilet didn’t work informed front desk and without our permission they went into our room to fix it and some of our personal items are now missing while we were away! Also I suggest that you all have someone who speaks and understands English working the front desk this was a bad experience I made a complaint and no one has reached out I will never stay here again!

we stay at this hotel because it had a swimming pool. and we got there nothing was said that the pool was not working till we were going to try to go get in. if they would have told us we would of went to a different hotel. The housekeeper does not do a good job on cleaning. one of our pillows had blood on it which was gross. Will never stay here again.

I highly recommend staying here. The place was very clean and very well kept, and staff was very welcoming. We visited Fort Jackson during our stay and it was a very short and easy drive to get there.

The front entrance rug was so stained and dirty. It was disgusting. Our bathroom floor was dirty. I wiped it with a washcloth and it came out black. My feet were dirty from standing on it. My husband had to use the ice pocket to flush the toilet because the water was not reaching it, the eggs were watered down the coffee watered down the sausage was way overcooked. The guy at the front desk was very nice.

Staff were friendly and morning breakfast was good. Hotel is located in a central place with easy access to highways. The bad is that the immediate area is run down and there are questionable people hanging around the gas station next to the hotel. Also, the hotel room doors are hard to close so you have to slam them shut. It was hard to get some sleep as you can hear others slamming their doors frequently.

We walked into the establishment and was greeted right away at 1130 pm. Got checked in and walked up to our room which we found not cleaned well. There was a grape right inside the door a peanut next to the bed nightstand and a penny laying on the floor next to the bed. Beside from that we woke in the morning and the staff was very pleasant with us while we got breakfast. So i would suggest working on the cleanliness of the overall room and it would change my rating to a 5 star

Everything was fine at the facility. It had been recently renovated and is in top shape. They serve a free and adequate breakfast from 6 to 9 am. It is in a slightly noise area. The room was small with only one chair and the shower pressure was marginal. Tv channels were very limited. Would stay there again.

It appears that this is an older property that was extensively renovated to bring it up to date. It has been open only six months. They did a good job. Breakfast was good and the owner or manager was in the dining room, supervising. Nice man.

I checked out after one hour. My carpet was sticky. I ask for a tub due to a broken foot to soak my foot and got a shower. The room was very loud. Mine faced the interstate and parking lot and I could hear the noise from the roads. The hallways were dark and people were gathering in the hallways. I felt very uncomfortable. When I tried to voice my opinion after an hour. The young kid told me he couldn’t refund me . Due to me booking through Expedia. I was traveling alone. The hotel boasts about 20 restaurants. Did not say you had to drive to them all. Or the entrance to the hotel is in an awkward dangerous intersection. I was traveling on military business. I had to get another room somewhere else. Where I felt safe.
