This luxury apartment has been designed with you in mind. It boasts a large living room area that is setup up with a large 55-inch TV and a killer backyard The kitchen also comes fully stocked. Don't worry about bringing pots and pans or spices as the unit has everything you might need!

The apartment has a California king bed, a large closet, and an appointed shower and bathtub with plush towels!

The outside area features ambiance lighting as well as a seating area and a BBQ for you to use!

This luxury space boasts colorful designs that were handed picked by our team to make your trip as enjoyable as possible.

As you walk into the home you will see a large seating area with a 55-inch tv for you to enjoy while relaxing. There are plenty of pillows and blankets for you to use if you get cold.

The kitchen comes well-appointed with spices, pots, pans, and even a blender, which is perfect if you plan on cooking a small snack or a full meal!

There are entry doors in the front and rear of the unit that has smart locks. Before you arrive you will be sent a one-time code that will only be active for your stay. Please enter the code and tap the yale logo button.

There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building behind the outside seating area.

Cats are not allowed.

The property is equipped with everything you need from coffee pods to laundry pods. It’s in an excellent location close to everything you need.

This place was immaculate and clean! It was so nice to walk in and feel right at home. Nic was checking in with us throughout our stay, I really appreciated that. You will not be disappointed with this place, so please be sure to book without hesitation!

Everything you need at a good value

Our stay was very good. Excellent communication and instructions. The AC worked awesome, beds comfortable. I was happy to have the alarm system as the area was not in the fanciest part of Columbia (though we didn’t feel unsafe). Overall a great value on a weekend moving our daughter to USC.

The condo is located in a gentrifying location of Columbia. The unit is clean, but the mattress is not comfortable and squeaks every time you move. For 350 a night I would not stay here again, but we were in a crunch to find a place.

Not what I expected

The property is very nice looking but it is a bad neighborhood. Also when you first walk in looks very nice but I had few issues I was very unhappy. Dirty towels, dirty dishes supposedly washed and the bathtub was clogged. The worse part I found roaches walking around the room table and the closet
