Room was awful. Hairdryer had foundation on it with old hair in cord. Dead flies in window. Blunts on floor. Dirty walls. Holes in wall and cracks everywhere. Dirty smelly smoky carpet. African speaking clerk wouldnt even acknowledge my request 4 refund. Do not stay here!!!

The rooms were non-smoking yet someone definitely smoked in the room that we initially got. The second my mom and I opened the door to our room, we were met with the fumes of cigarettes from the previous guest and we gagged. The manager immediately changed the room for us and brought a contraption to the smoky room to suck out the contaminated air. Breakfast was subpar so it was as expected of a motel right off the street, but I’ve had better at other motels that had similar ratings. The walls were paper thin and whenever someone walked past our room, the floorboards would creak loudly.

Sorry, to hear that, we do have a few smoking rooms at our property. Guests smoke inside, but sometimes they do smoke outside the rooms on the open balcony. Hence you had a bad experience.

Nice people, but you are paying to be close to Fort Jackson. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the tub would not turn off and dripped so badly I had to put a towel in the bottom to muffle the noise. The breakfast photo shows a microwave, but I don’t know why. It was toast and frozen waffles. If you want to be just outside the fort, this is the place. Towels and bedding were clean. But decor was dated and depressing.

We do have a microwave in our rooms as well as in the breakfast area. It is placed under the counter next to the refrigerator.If the guest is not satisfied with the room, that is allotted we move them to a different room. Just call the front desk and they will help you with it.Thanks

never seen such a dirty room. There were spiders and other bugs that bit me in bed. So you want to live a unique experience (rent room 118. I'm afraid of bringing back bugs in my suitcases.

Look, the price tag is great. But the cockroaches? Not so great. The holes in the wall? Whatever I guess. The gap in the door to the outside? The tilt in the second floor? Not Super. But like I said, it’s cheap. And the sheets were clean (as far as we could tell) and there was a carb filled continental breakfast. So, grab a ding dong, feed it to the roaches, and be happy you didn’t spend that much. And then never stay here again.

Llegamos en la noche esperando tener un cuarto limpio y comodo. Pedimos para no fumadores ya que ibamos con 3 niños. Los cuartos olian a cigarrillo y mas. Las camas tenian mal olor y daban quemazon...picor. habian cucarachas. La mañana siguente busque otro hotel

Arrived late Sunday night . Monday morning saw that there were two dead roaches on the vanity. Reported it to front desk. Return Monday night ,turn on the lights and there were two roaches on the wall. I checked out on Tuesday morning

The room looks old, bathroom door wasn’t closing nicely and need a second coat of paint! The water tank is leaking and fridge freezer what’s inside. Shower curtain has a whole in it. Cup of cigarettes butts outside of the room, smell of weed outside and inside the room, bedsheets with holes and dirty. Bath tub anti slide strips useless and hot/cold water regulator not working as well as AC.

I had stayed at this hotel/motel before without any sort of issues other than the usual bugs or outdoor noise. However on this stay I had bugs in the bed. Yes, bed bugs. I always check the bed before I go to sleep and there were no bugs, but when I woke up I had bites all over and when I checked the bed there were bugs that came out to eat. Not a good stay, but If they fix that issue it is an okay place to stay for a short time.

Graduation stay but, NEVER here again!
I was here for 2 nights, thank goodness. The only thing I can say about this place is the bed was comfy. I checked around the room, when I first got in, like I always do. The fridge STILL had food and drinks left in it. (YUCK) Then after I checked the bed (that looked ok) The sheets were stained yellow, but looked ok. I slept on top of the bed with only the comforter. I had to go get someone to clean my fridge. I left my clothes in the backpack. I took and put everything on the table in the room. The next day I went to family day at the BASE. I had a young man like a son graduating the next day. I came to the room to crash that night, but I wanted so ice. The ice bucket, had SOMEONE'S piece of chicken left behind it, on the floor. (NASTY) When I went into the restroom I saw cockroaches running around. Makes you wonder if they ever REALLY clean the rooms! I was SO GLAD my clothes were kept in my backpack. Needless to say I was more than happy to check out. So if to need a bed to sleep on this place is okay. But THAT IS ALL!
