    The second floor has a kitchen and living room area has a half bath. There’s a large deck with a table and chairs.

    Cozy 3-bd, 3.5-ba townhouse, just 3.5 miles from Mizzou’s vibrant campus. Perfect for families or fans, it’s minutes from The District’s eateries, Rock Bridge State Park, and Boone Hospital (3.6 mi). Enjoy a modern kitchen, and a quiet neighborhood. Explore farmers markets, trails, or Tigers games, all within a 10-min drive. Ideal for a weekend getaway or game-day stay! Sleeps 6. Unfortunately NO Pets.

    The rear entrance is on the first floor with the King bedroom; the two queen bedrooms are on the third floor. The front entrance is on the second floor with the kitchen and family room.
