"Wonderful small hotel that's about an hour away from Yosemite. My friends and I (3 people total) booked a family double room which consisted of 1 queen bed in one room, 2 twin beds in another room, connected by the restroom. We found the room to be clean and comfortable. We should note that the shower was a bit awkward to use, since it's basically just a bathtub with shower curtains surrounding all sides of it (as opposed to, say, curtains covering part of the tub and a wall on the other). That said, we didn't really have any issues with it. We arrived at the hotel pretty late (probably around 10pm), when there was no one actively working at the front desk. That said, the owner, presumably Finn, left us a key to get into the hotel and further left us the room keys with my name on the front desk, so it was easy to get into our rooms. Speaking of Finn, although I never got to meet him in-person, Finn was very responsive via Expedia chat and answered all of my questions, so I very much appreciate him for that. Some other minor things to note: - there's free simple breakfast, consisting of fruit, donuts, and muffins. There's not a lot, though, so it's probably not a bad idea to have your own breakfast ready. - there is a fridge, although we did find that some other guests took some of the water that we left in the fridge, even after labeling them. Overall, a very wonderful hotel. I'll definitely come back whenever I go to Yosemite again :)"

"Clean, spacious room. Nicely decorated. Good quality bedding, sheets and towels. Modern bathroom fixtures, great walk-in shower, with motion sensor auto-floor lighting for night visits to bathroom, a very slick feature not found in most hotels. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to any traveler."

"Quaint little place in downtown Twain Harte, very well taken care of hotel even though it's pretty old. We had a great time would definitely recommend this hotel."
