"The room was very nice. And the breakfast was hot and stayed full."

"The room was well decorated, simple and elegant. They did a good job with the Italian style. The bed was somewhat firm but comfortable. The gas fireplace on the courtyard facing the waterfall was perfect. The kitchen has a large fridge and a couple of burners but it is not well equipped as advertised. The sink we had was dysfunctional as the sink spout was really a bar spout and did not come out far enough to effectively fill a pot with water while it sits in the sink. It seems a minor annoyance until you try to rinse the pot you just washed. The granite walls in the bathroom were done masterfully. Clearly the room is under renovation as there were a few blisters on the bath ceiling. The hot water is hot! Amazing, and soft water at that. The employees were friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay there again."

"It was hard to find someone at tne front desk and the didn't provide my finance with a key although his name was provided in the booking and the stay plus incidental fees were paid prior to his arrival before me getting into town. We requested towels for the next day and were told none were available so we had to purchase towels in order to bath for the day. When speaking with the front desk staff they were distracted and speaking with other guests while I was in front of them to address my needs/concerns."

"Great stay. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a hotel breakfast, in a well stocked and clean area, and although they don’t have bacon or sausage and eggs, there are plenty of options and better than so many hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I keep seeing people saying the breakfast is wanting, but it’s perfectly adequate for me. We will definitely be staying again in the future. "

"First of all, the whole hotel was apparently booked that weekend, probably for a music concert. I accidently booked a smoking room by mistake and the hotel was not even capable to change my room for a non smoking one, since all rooms were somehow taken. The girl a front desk also mentionned to me that people smoke in all the rooms, even in the non smoking ones. That is beyond inacceptable for those who dont smoke. Also, the air-conditionning is not working in the room 205, and again, there is no more room for a change. Plus, the bathroom is not very well cleaned. At my arrival, there was piss on the toilet and hair in the shower as if if was not cleaned. And if you need something from the cleaning staff, they dont even speak english or spanish. So, if you are a non smoking person, don’t book a room there because all of the room will smell disgusting. I won’t rebook there and you should not either."

"Was a decent hotel for the price however, the AC unit was incredibly loud for the first 30 seconds everytime it kicked on and woke us up several times throughout the night."

"Easy to find. Room was good. Convenient Location. We stayed there for 4 nights and have no complaints. "
