GUEST ACCESS:
Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard (backyard can be used by either top or bottom unit) and the basement exclusively. The upper house, carport, and driveway are not accessible.

Basement Studio Access: Follow the gravel path along the black fence. At the gate, insert your finger into the hole in the gate door, lift the lever, and open the gate. Continue straight towards the rear fence, then turn left. You will find a set of stairs on your left; the access door is located at the bottom of these stairs. Access code will be provided on the day of check in.

Check-in: 4 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.

Please note our home is from the 1940s. You could potentially hear steps from the upstairs unit.

This rental is an updated basement with its own private entrance through the rear of the house.

There are stairs that lead you to this space, ALL guests must be comfortable with stairs.

Feels like home away from home, literally.

This property was absolutely perfect for a solo adventure or two person trip. I was quite pleased with how easily walkable the area was. I chose not to rent a car, so walking to restaurants and coffee was a must. The interior design work of this converted basement is stunning, so it really does feel like a cozy home studio
