Welcome to this 113 year old 3-story house that has been fully remodeled with 4 bedroom (2 main suits), and 3.5 bathroom in the Southern Orchards area of Columbus, Ohio. Our house can accommodate up to 9 guests with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, and 1 twin bed with trundle. Enjoy your morning coffee on the expansive covered front porch, or enjoy an evening backyard barbeque in the fenced backyard with a covered porch. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for your home cooked meal. There is ample seating with 4 bar stools at the kitchen island and the 6 person dining table to enjoys you meals. Take time for yourself in the dedicated yoga/meditation nook located in the third floor main bedroom. Enjoy fine dining and shopping in the quaint city of Bexley, the historic German Village, East Market (Trolly District), Short North and many other close by restaurants and shops. Our house is only 1 minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, 5 minutes to downtown, 6 minutes to Franklin Park Botanical Gardens, 12 minutes to OSU Main Hospital, 15 minutes to Easton Town Center, 10 minutes to John Glen International Airport (CMH), 20 minutes to Polaris Mall.

A great home for families
The home is what we were looking for. Open floor concept and plenty of bedrooms for our kids. We were able to cook a family dinner and enjoy time with our family at the same time. The home was very clean and had PLENTY of towels for our family of 6. Looking forward to another stay.

Really nice house, neighborhood is not as nice
Very nice house, just as shown. Very clean. Steps to 3rd floor are steep. Communication with owner was great. Alarm system simple and easy. The neighborhood homes are mostly not as nice as this one. Overall we had a very nice stay and would stay again!

We were visiting our daughter/sister who goes to OSU. I somehow thought it was closer to school (my mistake). still, the house was lovely and very clean. Easy to get into and to lock. Communication was great with owner. Very comfortable and charming house. Thank you!

Amazing Space!
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The open concept of the downstairs really allowed us to spend time together! Street parking was always available as well as parking in the back. Communication with the host was great- we even extended our stay. Super clean as well!!

Spacious house
This was a great house for my family to stay. Everyone got their own bedroom which was a plus for the teenagers. They provided the essentials, and their sectional was super comfortable! I would stay again. A couple of suggestions for the property: Access to open the fence from the parking pad. Walnuts in the fenced-in backyard cleaned up a bit for pets, and to provide a clean walking path to and from the home.

The property was beautiful and was just as pictured! My family and l stayed there while visiting for the holiday and we had a great time. The host was responsive and was flexible with a later checkout time. I would just suggest providing more cooking supplies (pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc) for a better experience for those cooking for larger groups!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was very nice and clean inside. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. The fenced in backyard worked out perfectly for our dog. We had no issues during our stay. We would stay here again!
