Staff was awesome from check in to check out. Bathroom floor was sticky. Room had no extra blanket for the sofa bed, but I didn't ask for one so maybe that is on me? Overall the property was okay, but I most likely wouldn't stay again.

The staff was polite and personable; very impressed! The hotel was clean and construction being done was clearly marked and barricaded. The room was clean and the updated bathroom was beautiful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Columbus.

We arrived at 3:00 a.m. and our room was still available. Front Desk staff were so helpful in getting us quickly settled. We received a voucher for breakfast that was not originally included in the fee. Some update is needed, elevators and carpet, but it appears they are working on it as one elevator was cordoned off for remodeling. Room was quiet, excellent breakfast in restaurant. There was a humid smell in the air, but I attributed that to the indoor fountain at the center of the hotel.
