Check in was very difficult with paying through Expedia. Manager of the hotel wouldn’t do anything cause it was booked through a third party: it took 4 different room moves before we got a room. First room- no heat Second room- Dirty towels and food in the shower…. Hadn’t been cleaned Third room- couldn’t get the door open. Fourth room- finally a winner. But check in stated at 5pm didn’t get a room till 11pm Very disappointed

The Hotel Charged me for smoking in my room when I'm on there camera going outside to smoke. I got the room for an easier travel to hospital. There was no smoking I didnt even know the window could open. There is no heat in the hotel very poor customer service and resolution.
