This was a great stay! The best part about the hotel was the customer service! Alice and Gideon were by far the nicest employees I’ve ever encountered! They made me and my friends feel welcomed, and because of them I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

On three occasions including check-in the one staffed person from the desk was missing. Room was nice enough with lots of places to plug in your electronic equipment. Nicely maintained property.

Amazing Staff

I recently stayed at this hotel as a staycation with my family during our children's spring break. I am assuming the front desk agent Alice was the general manager. Alice was a breath of fresh air! She was so friendly from check in to check out. I had a small issue with my room and the staff quickly acted by placing me into another room. It was an overall welcoming and wonderful experience. I will return and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

We had some issues with our vehicle and the gentleman that checked us in helped us find a mechanic. We took our car to the mechanic the next morning and they fixed our vehicle immediately without us making an appointment. They were very reasonable and sent us on our way with a smile. If it had not been for the gentlemen who helped us at the Fairfield Inn, I am sure our trip would not have gone smoothly. Special thanks to this Fairfield employee. He should get a pat on the back.

The televisions in both rooms did not work and the pool was closed down the last two days of our stay. And when it was open the first night it had so much chemicals in it that it bleached our clothes and fried our hair.
