The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms are nicely decorated. We did not have any hand soap in the bathroom. There was only one towel, no bags in any trash cans, and half a roll of toilet paper. The bathroom could have also been cleaner. These small things are not a deterrent from us staying there again but they could be addressed.

My husband and myself stayed four days and three nights. We never had our room freshened up. The desk told me “rooms get cleaned every other day”. I was fine with that info, but our room was never cleaned. I made a request twice and offered to be gone when they could schedule the cleaning. I went to the desk twice for fresh towels. On the second trip, I requested towels, paper products and hand soap. I personally bought Clorox wipes and used the laundry bag for the trash. I’m prepared to clean up after myself, I’m not happy to pay the money to do so. The morning coffee was good….that says it all. Marriot needs to put a pause on the Fairfield establishment until they address the management and staff issues.
