The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate their excellent service. ​My only concern was the carpet in my room. It appeared to be quite old and had some noticeable stains, which detracted a bit from an otherwise excellent stay. ​Thank you for your attention to this matter.

In general, everything was fine. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff friendly and alert to guest needs. Only issue I had was that the bathroom was not very clean, particularly the shower floor. Reported it to staff. Other than that, all good.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, but prepared very well so we were very pleased. The water pressure was the only thing lacking in both the shower and toilet.

It was adequate. I couldn't get a receipt, because the staff didn't give me one. I was told that Expedia would give me a receipt. It should not be hard to get a receipt (folio), as soon as you check out of a hotel. That is your record that you actually left everything intact and on time. I still need my receipt.
