This beautiful updated ranch style home in North Columbus is nestled on a quiet street only minutes from the city park, restaurants and stores. Enter the home through the charming front door where you are immediately met with an open-concept floor plan, vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and some amazing wood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast area, granite countertops, granite backsplash, and like new appliances-stove/microwave. The back door leads out to the private, fully fenced backyard where you can enjoy grilling with friends or relaxing with your morning coffee or tea on the back deck looking at the pool.

Unresponsive

The host is very unresponsive! We reserved this home for my son’s Army graduation. We received notification that the dates had been changed. I tried to contact the host, Brad, many times through the VRBO app and by calling VRBO representatives multiple times. He was unresponsive to my messages and to VRBO’s attempt to contact him. VRBO advised me not to cancel due to the host’s lack of communication. While I understand the business of short-term rentals, I had hoped that, given the circumstances, Brad would be empathetic to our situation. I was trying to communicate with him to come up with an alternative solution. When he finally responded to my messages, he agreed to refund me the insurance fee, cleaning fee, and pool fee. It has been two months, and I have not received the refund. I have attempted to contact Brad numerous times myself and with the help of VRBO representatives. He has still not responded. I do not recommend anyone to rent this property due to the lack of communication and follow through.
