This hotel is completely unacceptable. Expedia, I strongly urge you to remove it from your website. One of the rooms had no functioning AC, and despite advertising a pool, it was not operational.

Found a roach in my room on the last day of my stay, none of the managers were available to talk to and the front desk staff told me they couldn’t do anything about it and that I had to speak to the managers, who weren’t available.

There are plenty of options for shopping, eating and gas very close and the highway is just a hop skip and a jump away. The room was tidy but the bathroom tub had a slow dripping leak and the bathroom floor was warped from water damage. Beds were comfy and clean. Staff was polite.

First we got there and they tried to charge me a fee on top of what Expedia charges as I’m sitting there talking to the guy trying to get an explanation on why he’s trying to double charge me a roach come crawling down the wall in the across the desk, the attendant portrayed like he didn’t even see it on top of that they charge me $80 and didn’t let me stay

There was only one wash cloth for two people and stayed two days. Also shower was only luke warm. My tv worked but talked to other people while there and they had problems with the tv. A friend was with me and she had no soap in her room. But otherwise it wasn't a bad stay.

Don't let the remodel photos fool you.
Checked in around 9pm. Was told my card was declined and nearly told to leave. Insisted it should work. Then after some awkward quite time and no idea what was going on, was handed a paper to initial and sign. Asked what I was initialing and he just repeated to initial it. Then given a key to a room that was not ready for a stay. No refrigerator, which was unfortunate with food I brought and any leftovers from dining out. Which could be manageable, weather dependent. However there were only 3 working outlets in our room. 1 in the nightstand, 1 for the heat/air and 1 tucked in a corner next to the heater, meant for the ironing board. That meant no T.V. , nothing to use to get around in the bathroom, and lack of accessibility to charge/ use power. Thankful the heat worked since there is large gap in the door and no weather stripping. Quality of work not only shows in the room but outside as well. Material left all over including screws in the parking spaces. Do not let the "remodel" photos fool you. Didn't feel comfortable to go back to the worker who helped for check in so said something when checking out and was told owner was cheap and wouldn't do anything and to contact hotels.com. They tried to get a refund but since payment was on property they refused based off their no refund/no exception. Disappointed they couldn't make an effort to show they didn't meet standard expectations. Do better.

The TV didn’t work, and the maintenance man came in and tried to break my property. Never got the cable box working had to use my devices the Internet didn’t work very well. Room had roaches. The front desk service was mediocre at best when you walked up the stairs and walked up to the second floor. It felt like you were gonna go through the floor also in the room it felt like you were gonna go through go through the floor. Overall, it is a poor hotel I would not recommend

The room reeked of smoke. There was a hole in the door frame where a lock should have been. The phone didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. Parts of the stopper were sitting in the bathtub. When I went to ask for a refund, I was told the front desk staff could no longer do that — only the owner — because they had been giving too many refunds.

Convenient location, good value for a night's rest. The room itself was clean, but there was considerable damage to the bathroom door--the frame looked like the door was kicked in at some point. Walking distance to Rooster's and White Castle, and relatively quiet area. Having a mini-kitchen in the room was nice, but not used due to just being there for the night. The property could use a little improvements/renovations, but overall nothing that would prevent me from coming back if need-be.

Poor Shower Design
Who designed your new bathrooms with showers? Did you pay somebody to do that? A couple of suggestions - 1) Fire the designer. 2) Get a higher lip for the outside edge. 3) Get longer shower curtains or move the bar down and into the shower so that water doesn't pour all over the floor and mix with urine. 4) Put in some corner shelves so that the person taking a shower has a place to put their bar of soap and shampoo when not in use.

Bathroom floor was loose. Caulk in tub was dirty and missing. Corners of room had grime build up.Area surrounding entry doorwas very scuffed up and grimey. Not worth the few dollars saved
Very unclean. Food and drink smeared on the walls from last guest, bloody Band-Aid on the floor, stains on the sheets, and the list could go on. The smell of cleaner (or whatever it was) made our clothes and luggage smell so bad I had to put it in the back of the truck for the ride home. EVERYTHING we brought had to be washed and sanitized when we got home.
