My room was ok til it started raining. Water started coming from the door. I had to use the tiles and make sure my things weren't on the floor because the water started coming in. My room was clean. A lot of strange people out. But it was decent.

Very clean

Some previous reviews complained about cleanliness, but our room was spotless, perfectly clean. The room was quiet. The staff was very friendly.

The room was not available at 3:00 check in time. Second time staying there and second time I walked from one end to the other end to have batteries replaced in remote. Light bulb next to bed was blown and reported it apparently after maintenance were done for the day (Around 5 pm) told bulb would be replaced around 7 am. Did not get replaced til about 1:30 pm. Had a clothes iron, but no ironing board. Doing rehab work and big dumpster in parking lot where items were being thrown in at about 7 am into empty dumpster creating very loud noise. Reported loud music being played in the parking lot right outside guest doors. Mentioned they know who it was and would call them. 15-20 minutes later, it stopped.

Staff was wonderful. Room appeared clean. I woke up with bug bites all over my arms and wrists. I'm pretty sure it was bed bugs.

This place smelt like cigarette smoke in the office in the room rooms. This place is unacceptable and very uncomfortable for the price that I paid for my room. I will never stay at another hotel.

The property was very modern, however there was a slight s odor of cigarette smoke in the room. It happen to be prom weekend so there was quite a bit of noise. However, after I believe management was called, we heard nothing else.

I’ve stayed at worse Red Roofs!

Pretty decent. Room was mostly clean and updated. Slight dog smell and did find crusty streak marks from dog poop still there? So not great. Saw so many people with dogs not picking up poop. Really discouraging. But as far as red roof goes this was decent I suppose. Got a late check out and barely 5 minutes after they were knocking and calling to see if we were staying again. It was Sunday and most people gone so maybe they have squatter issues? Overall not bad and would consider returning or spending more for better quality. But that doesn’t always happen.
