Location was convenient. Rooms are quite run down and in need of updates and repair. Upon entering the room, the temperature was unbearably hot. There was no temperature set to regulate basic comfort in the Texas heat. On opening the door, dead insects and spiders were right inside the door. There was a live large spider in the sink. The door to the unit had a significant gap at the bottom and did not seal properly. We could see daylight and there was definite room to allow for critters to enter the room and also posed a potential security concern. We chose to vacate immediately for these combined reasons. I didn’t feel comfortable that more bugs wouldn’t be found or joining us in bed during the night.

Solid location , reasonable rates

This is good motor inn. I can tell they're renovating gradually. Something things are rough around the edges but not deal breaker. They are trying to be something they can't live up to. They are plenty of places to eat in the area.

The king room is big, clean, modernization in process but rough around the edges. It has a broken mirror, ceiling was peeling in one spot. There were no privacy curtains so we couldn't open then main without everyone see in our room. None of was enough to keep us from booking again for July.

Needs a deep cleaning and uplift, old and dirty. Stained sitting, sheets and rough towels. Dead roaches in room and mosquito problem outside. Nice guy, but its not his fault.

The TV didn't work at first..and then when I went to go lay down noticed almost blood like stains on the bed sheets on the bottom like they haven't changed or washed the bedding.

Let me paint you a picture of this glorious palace of despair I called a hotel. The bathroom was a avant-garde masterpiece, featuring a booger wall collage that would make Picasso weep—clearly a guestbook for rogue nostrils. The light fixture? A shrine to a dearly departed roach, preserved like a museum relic. Daylight flirted shamelessly under the front door, which was less a barrier and more a whimsical suggestion of security, perfect for a midnight squirrel rave. The floor boasted a dead bug, adding that extra crunch to the "rustic" charm. But, oh, the shower? A FABULOUS revelation! No water restrictions, just a soul-cleansing power wash that could strip paint off a Buick. I emerged reborn, practically glowing, though I’m still picking booger confetti out of my nightmares. Book this gem if you love a side of chaos with your spiritual rinse!

The saying is true - you get what you pay for.

We knew it would be a great hotel because the price was cheap, but we did expect it to be clean. I had to take the mattress cover off because it was very badly stained. There was no way I was going to sleep on that mattress cover. Also, we didn’t have a night lamp between the small beds. My brother and sis in law also had a room at this hotel and their room was decorated more nicely than our room, but their room was very stinky. My brother’s room did have a night lamp between their small beds, but it didn’t work. It worked for one night, but we left early and paid double the price more the following night at a much nicer hotel. The saying is true - you get what you pay for.
