Staff is amazing! However there were a few unsavory individuals hanging out in the parking lot meeting with others. A little unsettling and didn’t feel safe. I think the hotel is ok, but the management should consider adding security officers on the grounds.

My entire experience from start to finish was great. Every employee I encountered was polite and helpful. My plane arrived at 6:10 am and they arranged early check in for as soon as I got there. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was adequate for my needs. I would definitely stay here again

3.5 Stars. Though clearly dated it was very clean and bed was comfortable, AC/heater worked well. Kitchenette lacked supplies (i.e., only 1 coffee mug available). Quality of the coffee available in the room was poor but the free coffee in the lobby was satisfactory. Liked there was ample supply of body soap, shampoo and condition but would have liked to have had body lotion as well. Spouse mentioned gym was decent. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Truly exceptional lodging !
I stay at this hotel every time I come to Columbus on business. It is always an exceptional stay! Extremely clean and well maintained. Large rooms with perfect work counter space and kitchen with full size fridge. Quiet and featuring black out curtains that allow you to sleep in even on a sunny day. Staff are all incredibly nice. Comfortable bed. Just a great experience every time.

A lot of the items in my room were really showing a lot of aging and wear, but everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and the parking was easy.

They didnt have a good selection of snacks and drinks. And they didnt offer a shuttle service being that close to the airport. I had to pay 44.00 for a 1.5 mile ride. Kinda ridiculous

Staff was friendly. Sonesta seems to think they should charge $10 for parking unless you agree to sign up for spam e-mails from them. Bigger issue was AC unit in room would not cool room adequately (in November). It was late when I arrived, and I was leaving early the next morning, so I didn’t have time to realize it wasn’t functioning properly, and get a different room. Didn’t sleep well as a result.

I came to attend the wedding of my cousin. I was booked at a hotel across the street but when I arrived after driving 8 hours in the rain I was told that they couldn’t find my confirmation and had no room for me. I went online and booked at Sonesta and went across the street. The front desk was surprised I was there so quick so I explained what happened. They all were so nice and telling me how sorry they were that I was treated this way. This was not their fault yet they were apologizing for another hotel’s mistake. I checked into my room and quickly changed and joined my family for a rehearsal dinner. When I came back I again was warmly greeted and asked if everything was OK with my room. It was. The next afternoon I was dressed and on my way to the wedding and was told by the front desk ladies that I looked beautiful and to have a great time at the wedding. Warm greeting when I returned for the night and asked if I enjoyed the wedding. When check out time came I was asked if everything was good and told to drive carefully and to come back again. After the wonderful care I received I definitely will come back to Sonesta in the future.

We chose this place due to the fairly high ratings, but were left disappointed. When we entered the room, we were greeted by the smell of must, an opened microwave (it happens, just weird) that looked like it was hanging on by a thread, unclean walls (especially in the corners next to AC), and a bathroom that was mid-construction and unclean. Honestly, if they would have given us a heads up that they were waiting for spackle to dry, then we would've been less upset about the hand towel bars not being up. But they did not even bother to sweep the floor, so walking around barefoot resulted in getting a bunch of dry wall and spackle on our feet. In addition to this, there were sticky spots on the floor. It just was not a great stay. We might've just gotten the one poor room, but this was our experience.

It’s convenient with it being a few minutes from the airport although there’s no shuttle services. Wasn’t pleased with the initial experience. Originally, I booked a reservation under Expedia but when I checked in, the concierge booked somebody else under my name. They rebooked a room for me but at the rate they normally charge instead of the price I reserved online.

If it was not communicated with you we apologize, however we are an extended stay property so our housekeeping services are weekly and we do not offer stayover cleaning on the weekend. As for the issues in the room we apologize for that as we try to keep them as clean as possible!
