While this was eventually resolved, it unfortunately set the tone for the stay. This wasn't about one or two minor inconveniences. The carpets were dirty and stained, with trash and loose change still on the floors, we found hair in one of the beds, and there was a strong cat urine smell from the sunroom that could be smelled throughout the house. Most concerning, the bunk beds were loose enough that we did not feel they were safe to use.Other issues included an overgrown yard, laundry left in the dryer, and trash in the garage that was advertised for guest use.The host was responsive and offered a refund when we decided to leave. However, the refund we ultimately received for the two unused nights was less than we expected. The property has a lot of potential and, if the cleanliness
