The Courtyard Cottage is a sun-filled retreat tucked inside a historic white-brick home in Columbus, GA. Enter through a dreamy all-white sunroom, relax in two cozy bedrooms, and enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette, in-unit washer/dryer, and smart TV. Light, airy, and stylishly decorated — your perfect Southern escape awaits.

The space
Come on in and make yourself right at home! This sweet 578 sq. ft. cottage is full of Southern charm and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

You'll enter through our beloved sunroom wrapped in windows from every direction and filled with natural light. It features our signature daybed with a pop-up trundle that expands to nearly king size plus a plush swivel chair perfect for lazy mornings watching the Georgia trees sway.

The living area flows right into a warm and welcoming lounge with a smart TV for those slow evenings in. Just around the corner you'll find your kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, toaster oven, microwave and mini fridge with everything you need to whip up a simple meal without ever leaving the cottage.

Pull up a chair at the dining table that seats four, perfect for a home cooked breakfast or a good old fashioned card game.

The cottage has two cozy bedrooms, one dressed in a gorgeous king bed fit for a restful night's sleep and a second bedroom ready for your travel companions. That sunroom daybed pops out to nearly king size too, making this cottage perfect for slightly larger groups or families!

Fresh towels, linens and all the little extras are tucked away in your very own bathroom with a built in linen closet. We've thought of everything so you don't have to!

Please note the cottage features some low ceiling areas of 6 ft. We want everyone to feel right at home and comfortable during their stay.


Please note the larger backyard is a shared space between The Courtyard Cottage and the upper unit guests of The Glass Chandelier. We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous of one another during their stay.

One dedicated parking space is available for cottage guests under the covered carport. Additional street parking is also available on Stark Avenue for any extra vehicles.

A Few House Rules

We truly want your stay to be relaxing, memorable, and filled with good energy. To help us keep this space special for every guest, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:

Important Note on Thermostat & Temperature

We recently had a guest set it to the low 50s, and we had to replace the unit. We now have a strict policy in place to keep the temperature between 68–75 degrees.

If it goes below 68 or above 76, it will send an alert to the homeowner.

Guest Count Accuracy

If your guest list changes before your arrival, please update your reservation.

Additional guests added on the day of or during your stay will incur a double guest fee. This helps us prepare and clean the space properly for everyone.

IMPORTANT Note on Allergies

The owner has a severe smoke allergy, so there must be no smoking of any kind (vapes included) inside the home, including near open windows or doors.

If you do smoke, please step outside in the back of the house and dispose of any cigarette waste properly.

Please note: There will be a $350 charge if smoking happens in the home.

Your mindfulness helps us keep this home safe, healthy, and welcoming for everyone.

Shoes Off Please

Out of care for our space and all who stay here, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering.

There’s a large mat and entryway space provided for your convenience.

Shoe stains found will incur a $150 fee for additional cleaning.

Pets: Allowed

We’re big animal lovers, and pets are allowed to maintain that sense of family.

We do require them to be hypoallergenic to help maintain an allergen-friendly space.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 to cover extra cleaning and prep time for future guests.

No parties or events
Maximum occupancy: 5 guests at all times (unless approved in advance)

Hosting events is also against Airbnb’s policy.

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
