  • This beautiful home is the perfect space for guests whether they're visiting the city for work, or relaxing with family and friends. A recently finished new build completed in March 2022. High end furniture, finishes, and decor, equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. The 2nd floor terrace has a great view of the downtown Columbus skyline and is complete with a dining table, sofa, grill, and fireplace. Centrally located near the Short North, Arena District, and OSU.

    There is a 2-car garage located behind the house, off of East Alley, where you can also park about 4 additional vehicles on the driveway.
