"The front desk area, hallways and rooms were very clean and welcoming. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection and quality was average but presented well. My wife and I chose this hotel for its location being very close to a number of restaurants, the Capital and bicycle trails around Lake Monona and Lake Mendota. We knew in advance that parking might be an issue since there is no self parking and I had a large recumbent trike that I needed to unload from my SUV and get up to my room. I felt the exterior bike storage room that was accessible only from the outside and had large exterior windows, was not secure enough. Rather than self park far from the hotel, we chose the valet parking which worked out fine."

"I love this Moxy hotel! The staff is always super friendly and it's always well-maintained. I overheard someone complaining about the lack of in-room features to staff, so I was to clarify that the property is "European-style". The rooms do not much for bedside surfaces, no mini fridge, no microwave, and no closet. I love this aspect of Moxy hotels, so if you are looking for something more traditional of a hotel, this is not for you. Lots of common space though. There are pegs on the wall in your room with hangers and you can help yourself to extra supplies from the hallway closets. The showers are wonderful and the bed is comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!"

"I was charged for 2 nights when I only stayed 1. The property conveniently doesn’t answer the phone or emails. Hotels.com says it’s my problem. Last time I use this app or stay at a Wyndham property. Now, I have to involve my bank, the BBB and most likely a lawyer "
