The staff was friendly, helpful & professional. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels & supplies in the bath & kitchen. The lobby & common areas were clean & comfortable & the breakfast was great.

The staff clean room etc but the smoke detector needs to be put back on the wall and the plug in the bathroom needs to be fix other than that I enjoy my time there and the staff there treated my like family

We had a wonderful time visiting BHam! The unit was perfect for our stay - small, but had everything my husband and I needed including a comfy bed, great shower and great food nearby. The secure unit, easy communication with Jeff and accessible parking were a plus!
