Cadre extérieur sympa, prix beaucoup trop élévé pour les prestations

Maison avec beaucoup de potentiel mais mal rénovée, cuisine, SDB et sanitaires à refaire complètement, équipements défaillants, literie à revoir et odeur très prenante et persistante dans la maison. Beaucoup de mille-pattes à l'intérieur de la maison. Début de séjour pas d'échelle dans la piscine mais heureusement problème solutionné rapidement. Beaucoup d'activité et visites à faire aux alentours. Très déçu entre les prestations et le prix payé.

Le lieu est chouette mais nous avons eu de nombreux déboires à l'arrivée.

Fortes odeurs d'un produit traitant les poutres dans les chambres/ pas de bonbonne de gaz dans la cuisine/pas de hotte/la tele ne marchait pas/des megaux dans le barbecue, non nettoyé/ un produit suintant des poutres/ une chasse d'eau défectueuse dans l'une des salle de bain et cerise sur le gâteau un propriétaire qui nous a pris de haut, très incorrect, qui ne s'est d'ailleurs pas excuse...

Calme et bien situé

En hauteur dans la forêt. Maison agréable et feu de cheminée conviviale. Très proche de Terrasson-Lavilledieu.

Cadre superbe

Maison avec beaucoup de charmes perdue en campagne profonde( obligé de prendre la voiture pour le pain et même déposer les poubelles ) Attention piscine non protégée et pas chauffée et pas d échelle ( difficultés pour les enfants et les personnes âgées) la cuisine est très bien équipée en ustensiles mais impossible de préparer son repas et manger dedans c est très petit mais fonctionnel ! La literie est bonne dommage nous avions demandé que les lits soient fait à notre arrivée et il y a eu un oublie une table de salon de jardin correct aurait été plus appréciable avec de bons parasols ou mieux encore une toile étendue afin d éviter de bouger tout le temps les parasols les propriétaires sont disponibles et discrets

Nous avons passé un très très agréable séjour. Très bon accueil, les propriétaires sont charmants, à l’écoute et très discrets. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la décoration de bon goût, et bien entendu la piscine. Beaucoup de choses à découvrir dans la région. Une très belle expérience. A refaire !

Nous sommes venus en famille, Adrien était là pour nous accueillir un jeune homme très sympa, accueillant, qui prend soin de ses locataires ! La maison est authentique, très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Nous avons passé un super séjour les enfants ont pu s'amuser dehors, il y a beaucoup d'espace, nous pensons revenir en septembre prochain !

Un petit paradis sur les hauteurs du Périgord noir

Très belle maison dans un hameau typique périgourdin, nous sommes revenus enchantés de notre séjour : les déjeuners à l'ombre du tilleul, les après midi au bord de la piscine et les ballades en VTT sur les sentiers environnants.. Autant de souvenirs qui resteront dans nos têtes . La maison "Les vielles pierres" est très fonctionnelle et spacieuse et conserve une fraicheur l'été grâce a ses mur épais. Super accueille d'Adrien et Genevieve qui sont disponible et chaleureux

Noel en famille dans cette demeure

Nous avons séjourné dans cette demeure pour les fêtes de Noel et sommes satisfaits. Nos hôtes avaient pris soin d'allumer le chauffage plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée, et un feu de bois flambait dans la cheminée. La maison était propre et les lits faits à notre arrivée (avions demandé cette option). Nous avons été approvisionnés en bois régulièrement.Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Maison ancienne avec du cachet, un peu sonore d'une pièce à l'autre, mais ceci ne nous a aucunement gèné. Possibilités de randonnées sur place.
