"Room was clean, though some of the maintenance was not professional looking around the tub and such. Would like an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The AC worked well enough but the room felt a little humid. Breakfast was decent and a value for the money. Staff interactions were friendly and courteous. Main complaint was someone staying with dogs that barked in the night. We are dog owners and would stop ours if barking. I didn't call on it; I was too tired and may have woken my wife."

"The lobby disgusting smell bad all the time turn off the A.C.. and when left to the hotel a old lady waiting the left and was uncomfortable... 0/ 10 this hotel terrible and the taken money for 2 times for my debit card. And for always payed double ..if you go to new braunfels 0 recommend to stay here"

"Upon arrival, I noticed a small roach near the microwave. Later, I saw another one in the gym. After returning from the event and going to sleep, I was woken up in the middle of the night by a large roach that was on my face. I spoke with hotel management, showed them photos, and they also observed a dead roach. They advised me to contact Hotels.com directly since the reservation was made through them. I contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed the pest issue. I ended up leaving the hotel after midnight."

"Two beds queen is what we got and the table was under TV. Which I would had prefer a small round table to sit at to read and write . It was ok for me needs . We only stayed two nights. The staff was very nice .breakfast had hard boiled eggs,sausage gravy and biscuits, waffle machine, a lot of carbs. Coffee and juice ceral"

"Central location for easy access to Gruene. Room lacks Kleenex which should be provided. Good continental breakfast "
