"We had rented this property for eleven family members to experience Spain. It was ideal for that many people. The villa, grounds and pool were a perfect to relax. The kitchen had all of the appliances we need. The bathrooms were big and the separate downstairs family apartment kept us all together but separate when needed. The AC units worked great. The hosts were available nearby when we needed them for answers to questions. The villa is not close to Sitges. It is in the surrounding hillside....

"I rented this villa for a small yoga retreat. We could do yoga on the patio near the pool or indoors in the office. It has a gorgeous view of the harbor, very modern and well-equipped. The master has 180 degree view of the sea, with blackout shades to cover the windows at night if you don’t like the morning sun. We used taxis to commute back and forth to downtown Sitges every day. "Our family stayed here on holiday and had a wonderful time! Heike is incredibly accommodating and the property is chalk full of history and interesting architecture. So many spots with amazing light and unique touches. Love that everyone has their own space and almost everyone has their own bathroom. We had a really lovely stay! Highly recommend!"

"Very large villa, with lovely pool and well appointed. Lovely to have so much space, but is realistically about 30 mins into Sitges walk so worth noting this if you have kids/ mobility issues. For a group of adults not a problem at all and a nice downhill walk. Very spacious bedrooms and communal spaces. Excellent communication from the owner and seem less check in process Would happily return to this villa :)"

"The villa was extremely well equipped and well presented. Jorge was excellent before and during our stay. The only negative was the lack of air con. There were fans however it was unbearably hot at night."

"Nice 3 story house. Sleeps 11 . Nice area. You can walk to the beach. The walk goes through the center of the historic town. Very nice beaches within 10-15 min walk. Train to Barcelona is one block down. Umbrellas available at the property to take to the beach as well as towels. Top floor with terrace and pool. Pool is small but enough to dip in. Grocery stores around the corner. Quiet and safe area. Recommend it"

"We stayed in villa Lia with a group of 11 friends and it was fantastic! The villa had everything we needed, was very clean and Maria was very accomodating. She was always on call to help with questions and even helped with arranging transport. The location of the villa is quite far from nearest town or supermarket so a car is preferable, we were waiting for taxis for quite some time. Would highly recommend staying for a relaxing holiday by the pool with friends and family."

"Overall we were very pleased with the property and managers. Some specific callouts are the excellent pool area, and centralized outdoor bar/dining locations that acted as central focal point between the pool and main house locations, which were on lower and upper elevations respectively."

"Lots of space for large groups looking to enjoy a bustling town with charming scenery and great beaches. Fantastic back pool and lush garden area filled with flowers. Our friends loved this space as a place to relax during the day and as a launching pad for evening parties in old town. It's an easy 25-minute walk to the old town party area, or a quick ~10€ cab ride if you call the cab hotline (+34 938 94 13 29). Note: Uber doesn't seem to serve Sitges, and we seemed to have problems with Free...

"A great, big and friendly house. Pool, Tennis, Garden all perfect. We enjoyed most the un complicated precedure and the freedom we had. "We recently visited Barcelona to watch a football match, we decided to stay near Sitges to avoid some of the big city noise as well as to enjoy the beautiful coastline! Very glad we did! The villa was maintained to a very high standard and the setting was very stunning and relaxing. The villa is a little tricky to find, due to its secluded setting but the check in Manager Cristina was great and always on hand talk. "The house was just what we needed for a quiet family getaway. The pool was fab and we spent a lot of time splashing around in it with the children. Evenings were calm and quiet with just the crickets in the background chirping away."

"Property is fine, although it is hardly Sitges town centre. It's 20 minutes out of town and 15 minutes from anywhere. Most unhappy about the return of our damages deposit. Although the refund was cleared on 6 Oct, it took until 13 Nov to arrive. Apparently, the deposit had been passed to the property owner in Cuba. Now, why would a management company do that?"
