Cosy and clean

Ha great time in the appartement and the area. Great communication with Fredrick. Excellent cleanliness. Good location approached through a narrow winding Road with a few hairpin bends, ample free parking. Well stocked with utensils. Facilities as mentioned in listing electric hobs (2),combination microwave oven, Coffemaker{we didn't use} but no toaster or kettle. Good size bathroom and a separate WC. Cooking area suited for only 1 person. Studio is very cosy with one sofa bed to sleep 2 people and another 2 on bunk beds in mezine (hallway). The views from the smallish balcony of the trees n meadows and part of the mountains on the side and can see the sunrise. We couldn't find any shop nearby and had to go to Sallanches for simple grocery shopping

Séjour avec vue sur le Mont Blanc

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille avec un bouledogue français dans cet appartement. La vue du Mont Blanc est magnifique. Nous conseillons ce logement. A faire à Combloux le marché le mercredi matin et la randonnée pédestre " la croix de salle".A Sallanches le sentier pédestre " la pierre fendue". A Megève itinéraire randonnée" le creux de st Jean" et "la cascade de la belle au Bois " et la luge 4S, A Six-fer-a-cheval itinéraire pédestre " cascade du rouget" et " les gorges du tines".A Samoëns parapentes , Verchaix accrobranches. A Chamonix - Mont Blanc balade à la cascade du Dard et visite de la ville. À Passy " tour des Ayères et le lac vert à voir. A Saint -Gervais -les -bains visite de la ville et ballade au parc Thermal.Une journée à Annecy avec visite de la ville et une croisière promenade sur le grand Lac pendant 1 h. C'est magnifique .

Séjour montagnard

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Combloux dans le cadre magnifique, calme et reposant du quartier du Vernay. Le propriétaire est avenant, d'un contact chaleureux, et réactif. Face à la chaîne du Mont-Blanc, l'exposition de l'appartement est idéale. D'une grande propreté, il ne manque rien.

Heerlijke vakantie, met prachtig uitzicht

Hoewel de sneeuwgrens wat hoger lag konden we toch heerlijk skiën. Het appartement is wel echt vol met 3 tieners. Kijken terug op een heerlijke week

Séjour très calme et reposant dans une bien belle station-village au coeur du massif du Mont-Blanc

L'appartement est régulièrement rénové ( salle de bain entièrement refaite, de même pour le revêtement de sol , frigo et four à micro-ondes récents, .... on y trouve tout le nécessaire (ustensiles cuisine, .... divers objets .... en bonne quantité) - matelas des lits superposés en excellent état. l'emplacement est un peu excentré par rapport au départ des pistes de ski, ou raquettes. Ce qui nécessite de marcher en montée environ 15 mn ( on aurait pu aussi prendre la voiture car, sur le front de neige, il ne manque vraiment pas de places de stationnement ). Mais, du coup, cela offre un séjour très très au calme. Et, cerise sur le gâteau, avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons eu la malchance de tomber une semaine sans beaucoup de neige. il existe de beaux itinéraires de randonnées bien fléchés partout alentour. Ce séjour nous donnerait envie de retourner dans ce même appartement , en été cette fois. A noter : la grande réactivité du propriétaire à nos quelques demandes de précisons, en amont de notre séjour.

Très déçue des personnes qui ont loué avant nous

Alors nous avons eu un gros soucis dans cette location, à l'arrivée quand j'ai ouvert la porte de cet appartement ça sentait très fort le tabac, la personne avant nous n'a pas respecter le règlement c'est à dire fumer à l'extérieur, le lendemain j'ai pu joindre le locataire qui m'a remboursé ma semaine de location et nous sommes parties le dimanche pour louer ailleurs, nous n'étions pas contentes contre les personnes qui a loué avant nous, c'est la 1ere fois que je suis confro tee à ce problème. Je continuerai à vous faire confiance. Cordialement

Procédure d'arrivée par boîtier codé très pratique, très bonne relation lors des communications avec le propriétaire, emplacement du chalet à 2 minutes des pistes, en voiture en fin de saison (accessibles en ski en pleine saison). Parking extérieur à disposition, résidence calme, très belle vue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, prévoir peut être le remplacement du couchage adultes largeur 120 par un 140 cm. Merci pour cette semaine.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine très agréable dans l apartment “yourte”, très pratique et bien aménagé. Nous avons apprécié la communication, la propreté, et surtout l environment et la proximité avec les pistes. Une fois arrivé nous avons pas eu besoins de la voiture pendant tout le séjour.
